The ignition
sequence
Four steps, in a deliberate order: understand before deciding, decide before designing, design before promoting. It's how projects stay fast without getting sloppy — and why the work holds up after launch.
Discover
We dig into your market, audience, and goals to find the spark worth scaling.
Strategy
A sharp creative and channel strategy — positioning, message, and a plan to win.
Create
Brand systems, websites, and campaigns engineered to capture and convert.
Accelerate
We measure, optimize, and pour fuel on what works to drive sustainable growth.
01 / Spark — Discover
Every engagement starts with questions, not deliverables. Who actually buys from you, and why? What do competitors claim, and what have they left unclaimed? Where does your current digital presence leak — attention, trust, or conversions? We interview you, audit what exists, and study the market until we can articulate your business back to you more sharply than you've heard it before.
You get: a discovery summary — what we learned, where the opportunity is, and what we'd bet on. Typical length: one to two weeks.
02 / Shape — Strategy
Discovery produces options; strategy is choosing. We lock the positioning — the specific ground your brand will claim — and the plan to express it: message hierarchy, site architecture, channel priorities, and what we're explicitly not doing. This is the step most projects skip, which is why most websites are pretty but pointless. Strategy decisions made here settle every debate later; "which option?" becomes "which option serves the positioning?"
You get: a strategy document — positioning, messaging, architecture, and roadmap — that the whole engagement is built against. Typical length: one to two weeks.
03 / Build — Create
Now pixels, words, and code — in tight iterations you review as real, working artifacts. Brand systems are tested against actual touchpoints, not just title slides. Websites are reviewed in the browser from the first week, so what you approve is what ships. Throughout, the strategy doc referees: every creative decision traces back to a positioning decision made on purpose.
You get: the engine — identity system, website, campaign assets, depending on scope — plus source files and full ownership. Typical length: three to eight weeks depending on scope.
04 / Scale — Accelerate
Launch is the start of the measurement, not the end of the work. We track what visitors actually do, then optimize: sharpen pages that underperform, expand search visibility, and scale campaigns that earn their budget. Acceleration runs as a monthly cycle — ship, measure, double down — for clients who want the engine not just built but driven.
You get: monthly reporting in plain language — what shipped, what moved, what's next. Typical length: ongoing, month to month.
Why the order matters
Run the sequence backwards and you get the classic failure modes: ads pointed at a site that doesn't convert, a site built on positioning nobody chose, a brand designed by committee taste. Run it forward and each step de-risks the next — by the time money goes into promotion, everything it lands on has been built to convert it. See the sequence applied in our case studies, from a luxury gala to a therapy clinic.
